Upgates is an e-shop platform mainly used in the SK/CZ market with highly advanced integration options and full support for meta data. Fynode enables comprehensive connection, automation, and utilization of all AI add-ons.

Go to the Eshop - Settings section.

Select the Upgates platform.

Enter:
- Internal name (custom name in Fynode)
- E-shop name (format:
https://{name}.admin.upgates.com)
- Email/username for e-shop administration
- Password for e-shop administration

Click Activate. The system will attempt to generate the necessary API access on its own.
If login to the administration fails, you will be prompted to manually enter the details below:
- API url
- API login
- API key

To bypass entering login credentials into the administration, fill in "test" in the email and password. The system will prompt for manual API data entry.
- In Upgates administration, go to the “Plugins” section, sub-section “API”.
- In the top right, click “New”, fill in the name (“Fynode”) and select all rights for “Read and write”.
- Save.
- In the list of API connections, you will see columns with “Login” and “API key”, click “Show API key”.
- The “API url” is on the same page under “URL:”, in the format
https://yourname.admin.t1.upgates.com/ (without /api/v2 at the end).
- AI data generation for products: Name, short description, long description, SEO title, SEO description, and product parameters.
- AI data generation for categories: Name, long description, SEO title, SEO description (short description is stored in category meta data).
- AI similar products: Not supported via API (add-on not available).
- AI search: Supports embedding JS code via the “Plugins > Custom conversion codes” section, textarea “Code is placed between head tags and /head”.
- AI chatbot: Also by inserting JS code via “Custom conversion codes”.

- Full support for multiple language versions directly in the e-shop.
- Upgates allows working with meta data for orders, products, and categories. More information can be found in E-shop meta data settings.
- You can edit and manage access data anytime in Eshop - Settings. After editing, click “Save”.
