PrestaShop is a globally used e-shop platform and is fully supported by the Fynode system. It enables automated order management, easy integration, and utilization of selected AI features.

- Loading orders and products.
- Changing order status.
- Updating stock quantity in the eshop.
- Does not support creating orders directly in the eshop via Fynode.
- Does not support meta data for orders, products, or categories.
- After shipping, the tracking number is sent directly to the field in the order detail in PrestaShop.
- Does not support sending invoices or links to public orders to the eshop.
- Does not support payment for orders directly in the eshop.
- Does not support multiple localizations.
- Supports deleting orders.

Go to the Eshop - Settings section.

Click on the Prestashop icon.

Enter the required details:
- Internal name (your internal designation of the eshop in Fynode)
- Eshop URL (https://eshop.com) (without trailing slash)
- API key (see below)

Click the Activate button. The system will attempt to connect to the e-shop. If the data is incorrect or a technical error occurs, the connection will not activate and an error message will be displayed.
- In the e-shop administration, go to Advanced Settings and click on Web Services.
- Check if “PrestaShop Webservices” is enabled. If not, enable it and save.
- Click Add new webservice key.
- In the “Key” field, click Generate (save the key, as you will need to enter it into Fynode).
- In the “Key description” field, write something like “Fynode”, and set the status to “Yes”.
- Set permissions: scroll through the list and check all checkboxes in each row.
- Click Save.
- Copy the generated key and paste it into Fynode.
- AI data generation for products: Does not support saving data to products via API. You can generate data with AI in Fynode and then download it into Excel.
- AI data generation for categories: Similarly, does not support saving data to categories via API; the AI output is available for download into Excel.
- AI similar products: Not supported; relationships between products cannot be stored via API.
- AI search: Supports inserting custom JS code for intelligent search and chatbots (instructions for JS code are available in the Fynode administration after activating the plugin).
- Does not support multiple language versions via API.
- PrestaShop does not allow working with meta data for products, orders, or categories via Fynode. For advanced options, use the Eshop meta data settings on a platform that supports this functionality.
- Editing access credentials can be done anytime through Eshop - Settings. After editing, click “Save” to restore full integration functionality.
PrestaShop is a good choice for e-shops that prefer quick solutions and want to utilize order automation, AI-generated product/category descriptions, or intelligent search via JS plugins.
