Fastcentrik is an e-shop platform primarily used in the Slovak and Czech markets. Fynode allows connection with this platform to automate order management and utilize AI plugins, but the functionality is limited by Fastcentrik's API capabilities.

Go to the Eshop - Settings section.

Click on the Fastcentrik icon.

Enter the required details:
- Internal name (your internal label for the eshop in Fynode)
- Eshop administration URL (e.g.,
https://admin.yourshop.cz, must be on the "admin" subdomain)
- API username (generated in Fastcentrik – see below)
- API password (generated in Fastcentrik – see below)

Click the Activate button. The system will attempt to connect to your eshop.
- If the data is incorrect or there is a technical issue, the connection will not activate and an error message will appear.
¶ How to obtain API username and password
- In the Fastcentrik administration, click on "Propojení" in the menu.
- Select "Open API" and click on "Show settings".
- Click on "New account", fill in the name e.g., "Fynode", the password is arbitrary, and set "Role" to "Super user".
- The account will be saved, and these details (name and password) should be entered into Fynode.
- AI data generation for products: Does not support saving data for products via API, but users can generate descriptions with AI and download them into Excel.
- AI data generation for categories: Similarly, direct saving is not supported, but AI outputs can be downloaded into Excel.
- AI similar products: Does not support saving relationships via API, so this plugin is unavailable.
- AI search: Supports inserting custom JS codes (via the section "Templates > Edit template > Custom JavaScript").
- AI chatbot: Integrates similarly to AI search (by inserting JS code into the e-shop).
- Fastcentrik does not support multiple language versions via API.
- Does not support working with meta data for products, orders, or categories. If advanced options are needed, use Eshop meta data settings with a platform that supports it.
- Editing login credentials can be done anytime via Eshop - Settings. After updating the data, click "Save" to restore full integration functionality.
Fastcentrik is suitable for SK/CZ market e-shops that need basic automation, AI plugin utilization through JS codes, and importing AI-generated data in Excel format.
