CreativeSites is an e-shop platform mainly used in Slovakia and the Czech Republic, which can be connected with Fynode for automated order management and AI add-ons.
- Loading orders and products.
- Changing order status.
- Updating stock levels in the e-shop.
- Does not support creating orders directly in the e-shop via Fynode.
- Does not support sending invoices to the e-shop.
- Does not support meta data for orders, products, or categories.
- Does not support sending a link to a public order to the e-shop.
- Does not support payment for orders directly in the e-shop.
- After dispatching a shipment, the shipment number is sent directly to the shipment number in the order data.
- Supports multiple localizations (suitable for multiple markets).
- Supports deleting orders.

Go to the Eshop - Settings section.

Click on the CreativeSites icon.

Enter the details:
- Internal name (your naming of the e-shop in Fynode)
- API URL (obtained from CreativeSites)
- Email/username for e-shop administration (obtained from CreativeSites)
- Password for e-shop administration (obtained from CreativeSites)

Click Activate. The system will attempt to connect to the e-shop.
If the connection fails, an error message will be displayed. The connection is only possible with data obtained directly from CreativeSites, and our IP address must be whitelisted: 192.46.233.119 or 2a01:7e01::f03c:92ff:feca:d249.
- AI product description generation: Supports generating name, short description, long description, SEO title, and SEO description, but does not support generating product parameters.
- AI category description generation: Supports generating name, SEO title, and SEO description (does not support saving to category meta data, so additional data cannot be generated).
- AI related products: Does not support storing relationships to products via API, so this add-on is not available.
- AI search: Supports inserting custom JS codes into the e-shop; thus, AI search is available – see AI add-ons for activation and detailed instructions on code insertion.
- AI chatbot: Also allows inserting JS code to activate an AI chatbot on the e-shop.
- CreativeSites supports multiple language versions, suitable for companies operating on multiple markets.
- Localization settings are managed directly within your e-shop.
- CreativeSites does not allow manipulation of meta data for products, orders, or categories via Fynode. If you need to work with meta data, use a platform that supports this functionality. More at Eshop meta data settings.
- Editing the e-shop instance data is possible at any time in the Eshop - Settings. After editing, save the changes to maintain the integration functionality.
CreativeSites is a good choice for e-shops that want to utilize modern AI add-ons via JS code, support multiple localizations, and prefer simple connection management without needing meta data functionality.
