Pohoda mServer is a robust financial and inventory system used in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. It enables automatic synchronization of stock levels and received orders directly through a modern cloud interface. Fynode provides full integration with Pohoda mServer for easy connection without the need for manual export/import or FTP files.

¶ Conditions and technical requirements
- Pohoda must be operated in the cloud and have external access enabled (internet accessibility of mServer)
- Before activation, a one-time setup of the "bridge" connection is required, which ensures communication between Fynode and Pohoda
- All access credentials must be configured directly in Fynode
When activating the inventory connection, the user provides the following data:
- Company ID (IČO) (according to Pohoda records)
- Login email (login name for running Pohoda)
- Login password (password for running Pohoda)
- Warehouse code (for creating inventory stocks) (e.g., "01"; optional, used if you want new items in Pohoda to generate inventory cards)
- Price group code (for creating inventory stocks) (e.g., "SK"; optional, for assigning new inventory cards to the correct price group)
After filling in the data, click the Activate button. The system will attempt to establish a connection with Pohoda mServer:
- If the data is correct, the connection will be activated and synchronization will begin.
- If the data is incorrect or the system is inaccessible, an error message will be displayed, and the connection will not be started.
¶ Synchronization setup and workflow
- Automatic stock synchronization runs in the background (approximately every 30 minutes).
- Import of received orders is fully automated – new orders are batch transferred to Pohoda without manual intervention.
- Item pairing is recommended based on product number or EAN, depending on your company data settings.
- Pohoda must be accessible from the internet (e.g., cloud hosting), not from a local PC without public access.
- Any changes to data (Company ID, password, email, warehouse code, price group) must also be updated in Fynode.
- For proper pairing of new items, it is recommended to consult the codes and logic with your Pohoda administrator.
- Enter all data precisely according to your Pohoda configuration to ensure smooth connection.
Connecting to Pohoda mServer saves time, minimizes errors when updating stocks and orders, and enables full automation of business operations without manual adjustments or exports/imports.
