Oberon is an inventory (and accounting) system mainly used in the Slovak market. Fynode offers a simple connection to Oberon with synchronization of stock levels and import of orders.
- Updating stock status to the e-shop
- Import of received orders from the system
- Automation of synchronization (option to set periodic export/import)
- No complex configuration required; everything runs via FTP and file exchange
Official website: https://exalogic.sk
-
In Fynode, click on Oberon in the Inventory section and press Activate.
- The user does not need to enter any data; after activation, credentials for FTP connection are automatically generated:
- FTP server (address)
- Login username
- Login password
- File name (in the format
{ID}-storage)
- FTP port is always 21
-
Open Oberon:
- Service > Program Settings > Inventory – check "Allow working with online store," use and confirm
- OBERON > OBERON center > Online store > Settings
- Check "Automatically start server on program launch"
- Add a new store: select "Offline online store (export/import files)"
- Enter the name ("fynode warehouse"), transfer type "Export stock items," transfer method "FTP" – set FTP according to Fynode data
- Fill in the file name according to the pattern from Fynode (“{ID}-storage”)
-
Transfer time:
- In the transfer section, you can set the "Time period" (e.g., daily, interval of 10 minutes) or leave it for manual start.
- After setting, run the task and server (buttons "Start," then "Play")
-
Database setup:
- Choose the database type (standard "MDB," if unsure, contact Oberon support for SQL)
- Enter the database path, most often
C:/Oberon/Data_U/{COMPANY_NAME_IN_OBERON}
- In the "Warehouses" section, check all relevant warehouses
- Follow the same steps when creating a new task, but instead of "fynode warehouse," enter "fynode orders"
- Transfer type set to "Import orders"
- File name is only the generated
{ID} (without -storage)
- Other settings are the same
¶ Tips and recommendations
- If your company uses an SQL database, it is recommended to contact Oberon support for proper setup.
- When changing stock quantities, remember to update these in the "Warehouses" section.
- With correct setup, synchronization will run automatically according to the scheduled time or intervals.
