mPohoda is an economic and inventory system used in Slovakia and the Czech Republic, which allows direct connection with Fynode for automatic stock status synchronization and order import.

- Active “Basic” subscription in mPohoda
When activating, the user provides these details:
- Localization (Slovakia, Czech Republic)
- Login email (login email for mPohoda)
- Login password (login password for mPohoda)
After filling in, click the Activate button.
The system will attempt to connect to the inventory system.
If the connection fails (incorrect data, service unavailability), an error message will be displayed.
- The connection is used for synchronization between cloud-based mPohoda and desktop Pohoda.
- In Pohoda settings, use the “mPohoda” section, fill in the login details for mPohoda, and use “File – Data communication” for import/export between systems.
¶ Synchronization setup and management
- After activating the connection, automatic synchronization of stock levels and order import will run approximately every 30 minutes.
- Matching inventory items can be based on product number or EAN – it is recommended to set this appropriately according to your catalogs.
- For any connection issues, first verify the validity of the subscription and correctness of login details.
- The connection is always one-way for stock synchronization and order import.
- If using desktop Pohoda as well, it is recommended to regularly manually run “data communication” to ensure data updates between systems.
