Money S3 is an inventory and accounting system primarily expanded for the Slovak and Czech markets, enabling automatic synchronization of stock levels and import of orders into Fynode. The integration is straightforward thanks to FTP usage, without the need for an API key or complex settings.

- In Fynode, click the Activate button next to Money S3. The user does not need to enter any data.
- After activation, FTP details required for configuration in your Money S3 will be displayed:
- FTP server
- Login username
- Login password
- Filename in the format "{ID}-storage"
- The FTP port is always 21.
To connect, you must have the eshop connector active in Money S3.
The connection setup is as follows:
- In the main Money menu, click on “Options and Settings”, then on “Internet Trading”.
- A window will open — on the first tab “General”, set the “Store Type” to “E-shop Connector”.
- Then go to the “Files” tab where you’ll see the FTP settings.
- Select the option “Use FTP Server Folders”.
- In the “FTP Server Settings” tab, fill in the “FTP Server”, “Username”, and “Password” according to the details displayed in our system during the activation of Money S3. The FTP port is always 21.
- At the bottom, set “export (data)” to
/export and “import” to /import, and check the option “Use Passive FTP Mode”.
After successful activation, data synchronization works as follows:
- In Money, go to the “Trade” section and then click “Internet Trading” in the top right corner.
- In the opened window, choose to download data from the eshop and check that you want to send “Warehouses”.
- New orders from the eshop will then be downloaded, and your current stock data will be uploaded back to the eshop.
¶ Synchronization and management
- Stock status updates are automatic based on preset intervals or when importing/exporting new data.
- Order import is automated by placing the file in the correct FTP folder – Money S3 will load and process it according to the configuration.
- All other stock pairing and synchronization settings are configured in the Fynode administration.
¶ Recommendations and tips
- You always need an active Eshop module in Money S3 – their customer support provides overview and assistance.
- Follow exact file names and correct export/import directories on FTP for smooth transfer.
- When changing FTP details in Money S3, update these details also in Fynode.
- Check product pairing options based on number/EAN in stock settings in Fynode.
