MK-Soft is an inventory system used in Slovakia, which can be easily connected to Fynode via FTP without the need to enter an API key or other complex data. It enables automatic synchronization of stock levels and import of received orders.
- Supports automatic stock status updates to the e-shop.
- Supports importing received orders from the e-shop into MK-Soft.

- In Fynode, simply click the Activate button next to MK-Soft. The user does not need to enter any data.
- After activation, the generated FTP details will be displayed:
- FTP server
- Login name
- Login password
- File name (e.g., "{ID}-storage")
The FTP port is always 21.

FTP connection:
- In MK-Soft, open "C-Číselníky - Ostatné - FTP pripojenia" and create a new FTP connection.
- Fill in the FTP details from Fynode and set the connection code to "FTPGE".

Export stock data:
- Go to "Systémové služby - Export / import údajov".
- Create a new task, set the type to "ECENESHOP2".
- Check all fields, set the file format to MKS (MKSXML or MKSSQL).
- Set the file name according to Fynode data ("{ID}-storage").
- Destination folder to "ftp:FTPGE".
- Uncheck "Only changed", check "Active" and save and run the task.

Import orders from Fynode:
- Again, create a new task in "Systémové služby - Export / import údajov".
- Type: "I-OPESHOP", format: "MKS-SQL".
- Import from file: "ftp:FTPGE\{ID}.xml" (take ID from the file name without "-storage").
- Key item in the price list: "K".
- Check "overwrite existing orders" and "Active".
- Set document type to "OP", specify warehouse, save, and run the task.
- For automation, it is recommended to schedule a regular task via the scheduler.
- All main management options (stock status update, matching by number/EAN, stock calculation method) are configured in the Fynode environment.
- Synchronization runs automatically approximately every 30 minutes or according to your settings/scheduler in MK-Soft.
- Changes to access data (e.g., after changing FTP password) can be made in Fynode by clicking the warehouse icon.
- Always enter and use data in the exact format provided by Fynode.
- After upgrading MK-Soft or changing FTP settings, remember to update the data in Fynode as well.
- Regularly check proper matching of stock items and orders during automatic imports.
