KROS Fakturácia is an online invoicing and inventory system designed for the Slovak market, enabling connection to Fynode for automatic synchronization of inventory from KROS Fakturácia to the eshop, and indirectly linking with OMEGA via a plugin from KROS.
- Supports automatic stock status updates from KROS Fakturácia to Fynode.
- Does not support importing received orders.
- Also serves to connect with OMEGA – inventory can be directly loaded from OMEGA through the official plugin in KROS Fakturácia. For information on plugin availability and usage, contact KROS directly.

In KROS Fakturácia, the user must have an active Premium subscription or a "Basic"/"Standard" with the API module paid for.

The user in Fynode enters:

After filling in the details, click Activate.
- The system will attempt to connect with the inventory system. If unsuccessful, an error message will be displayed.

Upon successful activation, the user in Fynode will see these details:
- URL for receiving notifications from API
- Authorization key for the provided URL
These details must be entered in KROS Fakturácia where the API key was generated, and saved.
- Log in to KROS Fakturácia.
- Click Settings in the top right.
- In the left menu, select API connections → Add new API connection.
- Enter a connection name (e.g., "Fynode"), do not fill in URL or authorization key at this stage.
- Click Generate token – the obtained token should be used in Fynode as the "API kľúč".
- Fynode allows setting product pairing by product number or EAN and synchronizing either the maximum stock quantity or their sum.
- After activation, inventory levels are automatically loaded into Fynode approximately every 30 minutes.
- Manual loading or editing access credentials is available at any time.
¶ Notes and recommendations
- Active API subscription is mandatory for proper connection functionality.
- If you are using the link with OMEGA, enter the correct warehouse code according to OMEGA/KROS settings.
- All inventory integrations are available in the Warehouse section in the Fynode administration.
