iDoklad is an extended inventory and accounting system used in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. It allows connection to Fynode for automatic inventory synchronization. It also serves to connect with Money S3 or Money S4 – stock levels can be downloaded directly into iDoklad using a plugin from the provider.
- Supports updating stock status from iDoklad to the Fynode e-shop
- Does not support importing received orders from Fynode into iDoklad

The condition is an active Premium subscription in iDoklad (API access is only available to Premium users).
When activating, you will need to enter:
- Localization (Slovakia/Czech Republic)
- Client Id
- Client Secret
You can obtain these details in iDoklad under "Settings > Application > API" after logging in.
After filling in the details, click the Activate button. The system will attempt to connect to the inventory system. If the data is incorrect, the integration will not activate and an error message will be displayed.
¶ Synchronization and management
- After activation, automatic synchronization of stock levels from iDoklad to Fynode occurs (approximately every 30 minutes).
- Items are matched by product number or EAN code (depending on settings).
¶ Notes and recommendations
- The connection works unidirectionally: stock levels are updated (not orders) from iDoklad to the e-shop; order import is not supported.
- Connecting with Money S3/S4 requires the use of a plugin – information about its deployment is provided directly by iDoklad.
- When changing login details, update Client Id/Secret also in Fynode.
