Abra Flexi is a professional economic and warehouse system used in SK and CZ accounting and logistics, which enables automated synchronization of stock levels with Fynode.

When activating, the user provides these details:

ABRA Flexi URL address:
Entered in the format https://{name1}.flexibee.eu/c/{name2}
{name1} is the name separated by hyphens (e.g., test-firma){name2} in the URL is separated by underscores (e.g., test_firma)- You can find these values in your URL administration

Login email:
The email used for the Abra Flexi interface.

Login password:
The password for the Abra Flexi system.
After filling in the details, click the Activate button. The system will attempt to connect to the warehouse. If the data is correct, the connection will be activated; otherwise, an error message will be displayed.
¶ Management and synchronization of stock data
- After activating the connection, the stock level is automatically synchronized from Abra Flexi to Fynode (approximately every 30 minutes).
- We recommend setting product pairing options based on product number or EAN for maximum matching between systems.
- The stock level value (for multiple warehouses) can be set to the maximum value or the sum of stock items.
- Check the correctness of the URL address and login details according to your Abra Flexi administration.
- Import of received orders is not supported yet; synchronization is one-way (warehouse → e-shop).
- If you change login details in Abra Flexi, update them also in Fynode.
