Fynode provides a clear and quick overview of your shop and marketplace orders. Thanks to filters, multiselect, bulk actions, and quick info, you can easily navigate, manage, and export orders precisely according to your team's real needs.
- The order list is located on this page.
- All orders imported from the shop or connected marketplaces (e.g., Allegro, Mall, Kaufland – recognizable by the badge next to the order number) are displayed here.
- The list shows the order number, customer details, order status, total amount, and additional rows according to settings.
- Icons/add-ons indicate special statuses (e.g., invoice, shipment, new/unread PDF export, etc.).
¶ 3. Filtering and searching
The order list can be filtered in detail by:
- "Invoice" (without/with invoice)
- "Shipment" (sent/unsent)
- "PDF" (new/unread)
- "Order status" (according to the shop's status)
- "Payment type" (according to payment methods in the shop)
- "Delivery type" (shipping)
- "Date from" and "Date to"
- "Exported" (yes/no)
- "Search" (full-text by order number)
The user can combine these filters and search for orders exactly as needed.
¶ 4. Loading new and old orders
- Above the list, there is a button Load new orders. Clicking it allows importing new orders from the last 15 minutes or retroactively loading orders up to a year in the past (applicable for paying accounts).
- During import, a progress indicator is shown, and after completion, you can continue working with the order list.
Each order contains a set of buttons:
- View details – opens order details
- Order PDF – downloads the PDF export
- Synchronize with shop – loads current data from the shop
- Issue invoice – if linked to an accounting system
- Download invoice PDF – if the invoice has already been issued
- Pay – manually mark as paid
- Send email – send a selected template to the customer
- Send to courier – opens the shipment breakdown
- Delete – removes the order from the system with confirmation and optionally from the shop
Above the buttons, there is also a select with order statuses, allowing quick status change directly in the list (this change is also reflected in the shop).
After selecting multiple orders, the following actions can be launched:
- Export – bulk export to Excel/PDF (choose template in the next step)
- Synchronize – fetch fresh data for up to 100 orders at once
- Order PDFs – bulk download of PDF exports into ZIP or merged PDF
- Change status – bulk change of order statuses according to the list of statuses from the shop
- Issue invoices – generate invoices in the accounting system for selected orders
- Download invoice PDFs – download PDFs of all invoices
- Pay – manually mark orders as "paid" (also in the shop if supported)
- Send to courier – open shipment breakdown, where orders can be prepared for courier export
- Delete – delete orders with approval
Some bulk actions depend on the order status or active modules (e.g., invoicing only works if the order has the right to issue an invoice).
¶ 7. Quick info and custom columns
- The list is clear and allows customization of columns according to desired data (order number, customer name, payment type, delivery method, amount, etc.).
- Automatic tags/icons indicate new, unread, or exported orders.
- For marketplace orders, a special badge with the marketplace name appears next to the order number.
¶ 8. Imports and synchronization
- Fynode automatically imports new orders (interval approx. 15 min.) or manually via the "Load new orders" button.
- During import, it is possible to set a retrospective date (max. 1 year), not available in trial membership.
¶ 9. Recommendations and tips
- Always use filters to narrow down the list when working with a larger volume of orders.
- Bulk actions significantly speed up work with statuses, invoicing, logistics, and reporting.
- Check invoice statuses, stock movements, and export statuses directly in the list for quick overview of order states.
Working with the order list in Fynode is designed for maximum speed, clarity, and simple workflow – from receipt through editing to export and other system modules.
