¶ Order Details and Editing Options
In Fynode, you can access the details and edit any order directly from the order list. The order detail provides a complete overview of the status, products, payments, customer, and shipments, allowing multiple actions and manual adjustments without leaving the interface.
- In the order list, click the “View detail” button – a separate window with detailed information about the order will open.
- The window is divided into clear sections: order information, payment, customer, product list, attachments, change history, internal notes.
¶ 2. Main Information and Actions in the Detail
- Order status: at the top, you can quickly change the order status from a dropdown menu. The status change will also be reflected in the eshop.
- Payment and delivery: shows payment status, payment method, delivery type, contacts and addresses, customer note.
- Products: complete list of products, variants, quantities, and prices.
- Internal note: space for a note that is only for internal administration – after saving, it remains linked to the order.
- Note for AI chatbot/AI mailer: a special field where you can enter a note or specify a problem for the AI chatbot/AI mailer.
¶ 3. Change History and Audit
- Above the data, there is a button “Show movements”, which opens a table with all events related to the order: when each action was performed, by whom, and what status was changed or what steps occurred (shipment, payment, invoicing, etc.).
The order detail allows you to directly initiate these actions:
- Order PDF – download a system export in PDF
- Synchronize with eshop – load current data from the eshop (checks the latest status, prices, products)
- Create invoice – after linking to the accounting system, generate an invoice for the order
- Download invoice PDFs – download invoice PDFs from the accounting system
- Mark as paid – manually mark the order as paid
- Send email – select a template and send an email directly from the system
- Send to Couriers – open the shipment breakdown, prepare for dispatch, or generate a label
- It is also possible to add a “Note for AI chatbot/AI mailer”, which the chatbot/mailer will be able to connect with the customer’s question.
- In the top left corner, you will find the “Track & Trace” button – it opens the public order page with an overview of status, history, shipment, invoice downloads, and a complaint option.
- When you click “Send to Couriers”, the shipment breakdown opens, where you set dispatch details – courier, cash on delivery, number of packages, packaging, dimensions.
- You can mark packages/add more, send, and the system will send data to couriers, generate, and download labels.
The order detail in Fynode is designed for maximum clarity, auditability, and quick orientation – editing and interventions are securely logged and enable fast processing by the team and customer support.
