¶ Creating and Synchronizing Products on Marketplaces
With Fynode, thanks to a well-designed workflow, you can efficiently prepare, synchronize, and list products on supported marketplace marketplaces (e.g., Allegro). You will also utilize AI tools for automatic filling of parameters, descriptions, or translations.
- After activating the eshop, products will be automatically imported into Fynode (the initial import takes a few minutes up to tens of minutes depending on the number of products). You can manually load products at any time using the "Load all products from eshop" button.
- Products are listed divided by categories, manufacturer, availability, EAN, and other parameters. You can filter and prepare them for bulk operations.
¶ 2. AI Generation of Descriptions, SEO Texts, and Translations
- For each product, you can use system AI functions (e.g., "Generate name", "Generate short/long description", "SEO title/description") based on EAN or product information. The result is saved directly into the product.
- To translate data into other languages, the AI function "Translate text based on selected language" is used. The system automatically takes data from the main localization and translates it into the chosen language.
- You can run this function individually or in bulk for multiple products using a bulk AI task.
- Open the product and click on the Marketplaces section. For each active marketplace (e.g., Allegro), you have the option to list the product on the market.
- For Allegro, you need to select a category via the Allegro category searcher. After selection, the mandatory category parameters will load – you fill them in or leave them pre-filled from the product data. If needed, the AI function can automatically fill in the mandatory parameters.
- For each supported localization (SK, CZ, HU, PL), fill in the name, description, price, and for the main localization also the stock status.
- If the product is only prepared for the main localization, the others can be automatically translated via the "Translate via AI" button. The AI always uses the main localization text for translation.
- Prices in other localizations are automatically pre-filled with exchange rate conversion but can be adjusted.
- After completing all mandatory data, submit the product to the marketplace via "Add to marketplace". If an error occurs, a detailed error message is shown.
¶ 4. Synchronization and Data Management
- Fynode uploads and synchronizes products according to the capabilities and limitations of the marketplace API (usually every 30 minutes).
- Synchronizes: Stock status
- Marketplace icons in the product list indicate where the product is already active.
¶ 5. Bulk Actions and AI Workflow
- You can filter products and select them for bulk AI tasks – generate descriptions, translate descriptions, SEO data, or list them on the marketplace.
- Bulk AI tasks save time mainly during expansion and filling in data across multiple languages/markets.
- Allegro allows detailed category, parameter, and multi-localization management of texts and prices. Mandatory fields in categories can be filled manually or with AI. Created products can be easily edited or removed from the marketplace via Fynode interface.
- Mall, Kaufland support only some operations – check current export options in the marketplace documentation.
- For some marketplaces (e.g., Etsy), product export/listing is not yet available; only order import is supported.
¶ 7. Rules and Tips for Successful Synchronization
- Always ensure mandatory marketplace fields (category, parameters, stock, price) are correctly filled.
- During expansion, set up the main localization first and fill other localizations via AI translation; manually check market-specific requirements.
- Monitor product synchronization status in Fynode logs and in the marketplaces section, and resolve errors immediately if they occur.
- Use AI workflow for new products to speed up preparation of texts, parameters, and translations.
Product synchronization and listing on marketplaces are most effective when you utilize Fynode AI tools and have clearly defined localizations, prices, and categories for each target market.
