Fynode offers a unified and efficient interface for managing orders from all supported marketplace marketplaces (Allegro, Kaufland, Mall, Etsy, Heureka, ...), as well as from your own e-shops. Orders from marketplaces are automatically imported, managed, and synchronized with connected systems (inventory, accounting, couriers) directly within one system.
- Orders from active marketplaces are automatically imported into Fynode – not into the e-shop.
- Import can be enabled/disabled in marketplace settings ("Import orders").
- "Import orders directly into the e-shop" (if your e-shop also supports this).
- "Deduct stock in the e-shop after importing the order" – recommended in normal mode to keep stock levels always up-to-date both in the e-shop and on the marketplace.
- All orders (indicated by marketplace icon/tag) are managed in a unified Orders section.
- Above the list, there are quick filters based on order status, invoicing, shipment, payment/delivery method, date, and more.
- You can work with each marketplace order as comfortably as with an e-shop order:
- View details, PDF order, synchronize data with the marketplace, issue an invoice, download PDF, mark as paid, change status, export, send email, send to courier, and delete.

¶ 4. Invoicing and matching with accounting system
- If connected to an accounting system, marketplace orders can be automatically invoiced according to rules.
- You can define the status, payment type, and shipping method for automatic invoice issuance.
- Automatic issuance of deposit/invoice after payment or credit note after cancellation is also supported.
¶ 5. Overview, synchronization, and order status
- Change order status (received, processing, shipped, delivered) either manually or via connection to courier.
- When connected to couriers, status changes and tracking numbers are automatically synchronized with the marketplace (applicable for some marketplaces, e.g., Allegro, Mall).
- Each order always includes a public Track & Trace link for the customer.
¶ 6. Internal notes, AI notes, and extensions
- You can add internal notes and notes for AI chatbots to each order, e.g., information relevant for further communication or automated support.
- Detailed change history, user logs, audit steps, and shipment status overview are available directly in the order detail.
- For each marketplace, you can define specialized rules for payment types, shipping methods (matching with the e-shop's internal dictionary).
- For products with reserved stock or multiple sales channels, it is recommended to use stock deduction settings after order import and regular stock synchronization with the marketplace.
