Mall is a marketplace operating in the SK, CZ, HU, and SI markets. Integration in Fynode allows for automatic import of orders, status updates on stock levels, and shipment management, with the platform ensuring efficient synchronization and order management across multiple countries.
- Supports importing orders from the marketplace
- Supports updating stock status from the eshop to the marketplace
- Does not support creating products from the eshop to the marketplace
- Supports marking orders as delivered on the marketplace
- Does not support sending invoices for orders on the marketplace
- Supports sending tracking numbers for orders on the marketplace
- In Fynode, go to the Marketplaces section and select the Mall icon.
- Enter:
- API key (obtained from Mall via the partner portal)
- Click the Save button.
- The system will attempt to connect to the marketplace. If the connection fails, an error message will be displayed.
¶ Settings and workflow
- After connecting the marketplace, the import of orders from Mall to Fynode (not directly to the eshop) is automatically activated.
- It is also possible to set “Import orders directly into the eshop,” “Deduct stock levels after importing orders,” or “Update stock status from the eshop to the marketplace” according to workflow needs.
- After sending an order, it is possible to mark the order as delivered on Mall from Fynode and send the shipment tracking number to the marketplace.
¶ Notes and recommendations
- A valid “API key” for the specific country and Mall account is required for connection.
- Features such as creating products from the eshop, sending invoices, or advanced stock management (like multi-warehouse) are not yet part of the integration.
