¶ Automation of Logistics and Dispatch for Marketplaces
Efficient automation of logistics and order dispatch from marketplaces is key to quick delivery, customer satisfaction, and minimizing errors when handling a large volume of orders. Fynode offers extended dispatch management, parcel tracking, and centralized workflow from order creation to delivery to the customer.
¶ 1. Integration with Couriers and Automatic Shipment Sending
- Fynode system allows connection to multiple couriers (Packeta, GLS, DPD, SPS…) directly within the marketplace order interface.
- For each order, you can automatically create and send a shipment to the courier based on set rules (e.g., according to delivery method, country, or marketplace).
- After creating the shipment, a tracking number is automatically generated and assigned, which:
- is automatically sent back to the marketplace (if API supports)
- notifies the customer via email/SMS/notification
- is displayed in the order details for staff
- In the Fynode order interface, you can select multiple orders at once and batch-create shipments for the marketplace or print labels for couriers.
- The system automatically recognizes products with the same shipping method, groups them by courier, and sets appropriate dispatch parameters.
- Marketplaces supporting automated marking of orders as shipped/delivered via API (e.g., Allegro, Mall) automatically update the status in the customer’s marketplace interface.
¶ 3. Sending Invoices and Documents from Fynode to Marketplaces
- After dispatch (delivery or invoice issuance), it is possible to automatically attach a PDF invoice directly to the marketplace order (if API supports).
- The system can send invoices automatically upon agreement, or leave it as an optional feature.
¶ 4. Automation of Shipment Status and Tracking Data
- When an order status changes to "shipped" or "processed," the system sends to the marketplace:
- New order status (e.g., "Shipped," "Delivered," etc.)
- Shipment tracking number to the marketplace system
- URL of the visual Track & Trace for the customer
- When the courier updates the shipment status (e.g., courier pickup, storage at pickup point, delivery…), the status can be automatically updated on the marketplace.
¶ 5. Notifications and Shipment Tracking
- Fynode enables automatic notifications to customers (email) when the shipment status changes, is delivered, stored at pickup point, etc.
- For each marketplace, it is possible to individually specify which data the system sends back (tracking, invoice, order status).
¶ 6. Logistics Overview and Export for Dispatch
- All shipments and their statuses are tracked in the order/marketplace overview, where you can filter by status, courier, marketplace, or country.
¶ 7. Automated Rules and Tips
- We recommend setting up automatic rules for courier selection based on country/shipping type/marketplace.
- Regularly manage stock levels to ensure smooth dispatch.
- For marketplaces with high order volumes (e.g., Allegro), utilize AI workflows for optimizing dispatch splitting, predicting transport issues, or data analysis (e.g., best times and types of dispatch for a specific market).
