EMAG is a marketplace operating on multiple Central and Eastern European markets (PL, RO, HU, BG). Integration in Fynode allows importing orders, managing stock, and listing products directly on EMAG, which simplifies selling on multiple markets from a single place.
- Import of orders from the marketplace
- Update stock status from the eshop to the marketplace
- Creating products from the eshop into EMAG
- Does not support marking orders as delivered on the marketplace
- Sending an invoice for an order to the marketplace
- Does not support sending a tracking number for an order on the marketplace
Official pages:
- In Fynode in the Marketplace section at Marketplaces select the EMAG icon.
- Enter:
- API username (details obtained from EMAG)
- API password (details obtained from EMAG)
- Localization: choose from options (Romania, Hungary, Poland, Bulgaria)
- Click the Save button.
- The system will attempt to connect to the marketplace. If the connection fails, an error message will be shown.
¶ "API username" and "API password"
These details are provided by EMAG after API access is activated in your account.
- Choose the market where you want to use EMAG.
- If you have multiple eshops in Fynode, activate a separate connection for each localization.
- Only orders from the selected localization will be imported (e.g., selecting RO imports only Romanian orders in RON).
¶ Settings and workflow
- After connecting the marketplace, automatic import of orders from EMAG into Fynode will be activated (not directly into the eshop).
- Option to automatically issue invoices for orders (when connected to an accounting system).
- Stock synchronization runs regularly to keep EMAG stock up to date.
- Creating new products directly from Fynode is also supported.
- For each market (RO, HU, PL, BG) it is recommended to create a separate integration.
- Tracking numbers are not sent to EMAG; delivery status must be managed manually on the marketplace
