This article offers a universal step-by-step procedure for connecting Fynode to any supported marketplace (e.g., Allegro, Kaufland, Mall, Etsy, …).
¶ 1. Preparing data and account on the marketplace
- Create/activate a business account on the respective marketplace. For multiple countries, we recommend separate accounts if the marketplace requires it.
- Prepare the necessary data (API key, Client id, Client secret, access token, or other credentials according to the marketplace).
- Ensure you have the required permissions and authorizations – often, two-factor authentication or a special partner account must be activated.
- In the Fynode menu, open the Marketplaces section.
- Click on the icon/marketplace you want to connect (e.g., Allegro, Kaufland, Etsy, Mall…).
- Fill in all required data:
- API key, Client id, Client secret, and possibly other identification or authorization data (according to the marketplace).
- Choose Localization (domestic market or “all countries”), if this option is available.
- Click Save / Activate (button name varies depending on the marketplace).
- Some marketplaces (e.g., Allegro, Etsy) will redirect you to the marketplace page, where OAuth/authorization of access will occur – after approval, the system will automatically return you to Fynode.
¶ 3. Verifying the connection and first activation
- After successful connection, the marketplace will appear in the list with an active status (green checkmark).
- In case of a faulty connection (invalid key/password, missing permissions), Fynode will display an error message. Follow the advice in the notification or verify the data correctness with the marketplace administration.
- Check localization settings – create separate connection for each market/country if needed.
- Check main settings for the marketplace:
- Order import: Enable/disable automatic order loading from the marketplace into Fynode.
- Stock synchronization: Adjustable for some marketplaces – enable/regularly update stock levels from the eshop to the marketplace.
- Invoicing, shipping, order status, tracking: Enable necessary functions according to your workflow.
- Localization: Select the correct country, menu, language according to the target market. When expanding, it’s recommended to activate each localization separately.
¶ 5. Creating/testing the first connection and import
- Test the connection by creating a test order on the marketplace. Verify that Fynode automatically imports and records the order in the system.
- For product export, test mapping of mandatory fields and deployment (product description, category, price, stock, images).
- Faulty connection – check API/account data, permissions, two-factor authentication.
- Marketplace rejected access – verify account validity (active, authorized, no restrictions).
- Orders or stock synchronization not importing – contact Fynode support or marketplace support.
- Always review the documentation and FAQ for the specific marketplace (some markets have particular requirements for categories, shipping, invoicing, etc.).
¶ 7. Recommendations and best practices
- Activate a separate connection for each market (e.g., Allegro PL, Allegro CZ), especially for multistore variants and different currencies.
- Test product pairing, field mapping, and data export (mainly mandatory parameters and categories).
- Use AI translations and optimized descriptions for foreign markets to improve conversions.
This universal guide will help you quickly and reliably connect Fynode to new marketplaces, automate order import, synchronize products, and optimize sales across markets.
