The Exports section in Fynode allows you to create, manage, and customize order exports to Excel and PDF according to your company's, accountant's, or third-party needs. Working with export templates ensures quick data exchange, reporting, and record-keeping with just a few clicks.
¶ 1. Where to find Exports and what options you have
- You manage exports on this page.
- After registration, the system automatically prepares a PDF export template called "Order export," which is used to download the order as a PDF – this template cannot be deleted or modified.
- You can create unlimited custom exports (Excel/PDF), which are fully editable and deletable.
¶ 2. Overview of exports and management
- The list displays basic information about each export: name, type (Excel, PDF), creation date, and action buttons for editing and deleting the export.
- The "Edit" button redirects you to a form where you can modify the export.
- The "Delete" button removes the export from the system.
¶ 3. Creating and configuring a new export
- Click the "New export" button in the Exports section.
- Fill out the form:
- Type (Excel or PDF)
- Export name (for easier orientation)
- Template for export – here you can use special placeholders like
{order.number}, {order.client.name}, {order.amount}, and many others.
- For Excel exports, specify the CSV format separated by semicolons; for PDF, you can use full HTML code with your own design.
- After saving, the export is immediately available in the list of exports.
- Select orders in your list and click the "Export" bulk action.
- A window appears with a selection of export templates by name – exports are generated according to your template settings.
- After downloading, you'll receive a CSV, Excel, or PDF file ready for further processing, sending to your accountant, or archiving.
¶ 5. Export and multiselect in AI tasks
- For bulk AI workflows (e.g., generating descriptions, translations), results can be exported to Excel, either as inputs for AI or as outputs (translation, SEO, description).
- You can export each AI task – the system creates a two-column export with input and output for AI.
- The most commonly used special words include (a detailed list is in the export editor):
{order.id}, {order.number}, {order.date}, {order.amount}, {order.discount}, {order.currency}, {order.payment_name}, {order.delivery_name} and many other data about the customer, products, received payments, statuses, order parameters, track & trace links, etc.
- Regular reporting of orders for the accountant or owner.
- Bulk creation of CSV files for warehouse, shipping, or import into other systems.
- Custom exports for marketing / exports based on specific filters or custom formats.
- Quick export of orders with your own format for import into accounting, labels, reports, etc.
¶ 8. Tips and recommendations
- Before creating large exports, check the structure and correctness of your templates.
- When exporting to accounting, use all the special words your accounting expects to ensure smooth import.
- For migration to a new system or creating a special export for marketplaces, you can create a separate export template and modify its structure as needed.
