MerchantPro is a globally used eshop platform. The integration with Fynode allows management of orders, products and the use of AI add-ons.
- Loading orders and products
- Changing order status
- Updating stock quantity in the eshop
- Support for meta data for orders
- Sending the tracking number directly to the tracking field in the order
- Support for paying the order directly in the eshop
- Support for deleting orders
Integration limitations:
- Does not support creating an order directly in the eshop
- Does not support meta data for products and categories
- Does not support sending an invoice to the eshop
- Does not support sending a link to a public order to the eshop
- Does not support multiple localizations

Go to the section Eshop - Nastavenia in Fynode.

Click the MerchantPro icon.

Fill in the following details:
- Internal name
- URL address of the eshop (e.g.
https://eshop.merchantproshop.com)
- API user
- API password

Click on Activate.
- If the connection is successful, the integration activates.
- If an error occurs, an error message appears and the integration does not activate.
Your internal naming of the eshop in Fynode. It is used only to distinguish multiple connections.
Enter the URL address of your eshop including https.
You can access the URL in the MerchantPro admin by clicking Manage shops in the top right corner.
¶ API user and API password
- In the MerchantPro admin, go to the section Settings > API and webhooks.
- In the top right, click Add API user.
- Fill the field Internal name (any name) and set permissions:
- "Catalog permissions" set to "Read & Write"
- "Orders permissions" set to "Read & Write"
- "Customers permissions" set to "Read & Write"
- Click Save.
- In the list, the API user and API password will appear, which you should paste into Fynode.
- Supported: name, short description, long description, SEO name and SEO description
- Not supported: product parameters
- Supported: name, long description, SEO name and SEO description
- Not supported: short description
- Not supported – API does not allow storing relationships between products.
MerchantPro allows embedding your own JS code, so the addon is supported.
Embedding steps:
- In the MerchantPro admin, go to Website > Custom scripts.
- In the top right, click Add script.
- Fill in:
- "Internal reference" – any name
- "Type" – set to "Tag"
- "Location" – set to "Header"
- "Site pages" – set to "All site pages"
- In the HTML field, paste your JS code.
- Click Save.
Support is the same as for AI search – embedding JS code via Custom scripts.
