Packeta is a leading European courier specializing in delivery to pickup points, lockers, and addresses. The integration in Fynode enables automated shipment dispatch, management of pickup points, and tracking of shipments across Europe.

In the Fynode section Couriers, click on the Packeta icon.

Enter:
- Localization – select the country of dispatch (from the list of supported countries)
- API key and API password (you can find these in the Packeta administration by clicking on your company name in the top right corner. A page will then appear where you can see these two details on the right)
- Sender name (you can also find this in the Packeta administration under the "User information" and "Senders" sections. Enter the sender name/label. It is the fourth column in the table.)

Click the Save button. The system will test the connection. If the details are incorrect, an error message will be displayed.
¶ Options and specifics of the integration
- Pickup points: The system automatically prefers delivery to a pickup point if the e-shop sends its ID. If the pickup point ID is not provided, the shipment is directed to the address according to the Packeta profile settings (you can choose through which partner company the delivery will be made to the address).
- Multi-country support: For each country you want to send to, you can have a separate profile with login details and settings.
- Tracking: Packeta provides the current status and a public tracking link for the customer.
- Pickup point maps: It is possible to integrate pickup point selection using JS code generated by Fynode for your e-shop. The map can be customized for each active courier/country.
¶ Settings and workflow in Fynode
- Courier configuration: Multiple settings can be created based on countries, shipping types, or dispatch methods (e.g., separate profiles for SK, CZ, and HU pickup points).
- Cash on delivery: The COD amount is automatically transferred or set directly when dispatching the shipment – if the order is prepaid, COD is set to 0.
- Order statuses: The system automatically updates the order status based on the shipment status (sent, delivered, returned, ready for pickup, unsuccessful delivery attempt).
- Label export: After dispatching orders, PDF labels are generated and available for download in Fynode, ready for printing.
¶ Working with the map and pickup points
- In Fynode, you can generate custom maps for Packet using the Pickup Point Maps feature, tailored for individual countries/profiles.
- Users can select a pickup point during order creation or at checkout, depending on where the map widget is embedded.
- An order is created in the e-shop → the customer selects a pickup point at checkout (via map widget) → the system sends the shipment with the pickup point ID to Packeta → the customer receives notifications and tracking → the order in Fynode automatically updates when the shipment status changes (delivery/return).
