GEIS is a reliable courier available for the SK, CZ, and PL markets. In Fynode, it enables automated order dispatch, shipment management with extended packing options, additional services, and individual shipment profiles.

- Go to the Couriers section and click on the GEIS icon.
- Select Localization (Slovakia, Czechia, Poland).
- Enter the required details:
- Client ID (request from GEIS for API activation)
- Login password
- Click Save. The system will attempt to connect to the courier's interface; upon success, the connection will be activated, otherwise an error message will be displayed.
¶ Workflow and options in Fynode
- After creating a shipment, you can specify:
- Parcel dimensions
- Multiple parcels at once with individual settings (dimensions, weight, packaging)
- Default packaging according to profiles in settings
- Selection of additional services based on GEIS offerings
- PDF labels are generated automatically after order dispatch.
- Parcel tracking is available via the tracking URL.
- Shipment status is not retrieved back from the API – it is recommended to inform the customer via the tracking link or contact the courier directly.
- We recommend configuring each parcel with individual data if the order contains multiple items at different locations.
- For extended services (insurance, packaging type...), use the supplementary services section.
- Each country has its own integration profile; if you dispatch to multiple countries, activate separate integrations for each market.
