FedEx is a global courier carrier available in all markets. The integration in Fynode enables reliable international shipping with support for multiple packages and modern workflows.

- Go to the Couriers section and click on the FedEx icon.
- Enter these details:
- Client id (obtain from FedEx for API connection)
- Client secret (same as above)
- Account number (your FedEx account number, directly obtained from FedEx)
- Click the Save button.
- The system will attempt to connect to the courier's system. If the connection or data are incorrect, an error message will appear, and the connection will not be activated.
¶ Workflow and usage in Fynode
- After creating a shipment, you input individual package dimensions (width, height, length, weight).
- You can send multiple packages at once, each with its own settings.
- The selection of supplementary services (e.g., insurance, express delivery) is available according to FedEx's offer when sending a package.
- If you require tracking the shipment via tracking number, we recommend providing the received tracking URL directly from FedEx to the customer manually via email or in the customer's account on the eshop.
FedEx is ideal for eshops expanding internationally, shipments with individual dimensions, and specific courier requirements. The connection allows bulk shipping and complete profile management directly in Fynode.
