- In the Couriers section Couriers click the DHL icon.
- Fill in the following details:
- API client id (eCommerce Europe)
- API client secret (eCommerce Europe)
- Customer id (eCommerce Europe)
- COD IBAN (IBAN for COD payments)
- COD BIC (BIC code for COD payments)
- API key (tracking API) (for Shipment Tracking – Unified)
- Click the Save button. The system will attempt to connect to DHL.
- If any data is incorrect or the connection fails, the integration will not be activated and an error message will be shown.

- Cash on delivery: IBAN and BIC for COD payments must be filled during activation of the connection.
- Tracking: DHL provides the parcel status and tracking link, which can be sent to the customer.
- Package dimensions: When sending, parcel dimensions can be transmitted.
- Automation: The system changes the order status according to the parcel status (delivered, returned, ready for pickup).
