- Go to the Couriers section and click on the DEPO icon.
- Enter the required login details:
- Login email (obtained from DEPO)
- Login password (obtained from DEPO)
- Click the Save button. The system will log into the courier's system and verify the connection. If the details are correct, the connection is active; otherwise, an error message will be displayed.
¶ Workflow and integration options
- After creating a shipment, Fynode automatically generates a label for the package and a tracking link for the customer.
- Cash on delivery, package dimensions, and supplementary services are optional for each shipment.
- The order status automatically updates based on the shipment status from DEPO – delivered, returned, ready for pickup, etc.
- Customers can choose a DEPO pickup point during the order process – it is recommended to use the Pickup Point Map for the best customer experience.

- For DEPO, it is recommended to deploy the Pickup Point Map directly into the e-shop checkout.
- The location selection is tied to the set country and can filter locations (region, cash on delivery, card payment on site, etc.).
