BoxNow is a courier service mainly used in the Greek (GR) and Cypriot (CY) markets, focused on delivery to pickup boxes and parcel shops. Fynode allows integration with BoxNow, including the creation and management of shipments, as well as selecting the pickup location.

- Go to the Couriers section and click on the BoxNow icon.
- Enter the required details:
- API version (choose: Stage for testing or Production for live operation)
- Client id (obtained from BoxNow support)
- Client secret (obtained from BoxNow support)
- Partner id (obtained from BoxNow support)
- Warehouse id (obtained from BoxNow support)
- Click the Save button. The system will attempt to connect to the BoxNow environment. If successful, BoxNow will be active; otherwise, an error message will be displayed.
- Initially, you will receive data for the Stage (testing) version. After successful testing (sending a test shipment to the pickup location, providing a PDF label, and shipment number), BoxNow will issue production credentials for Production operation. Enter the new details and change the "API version" to "Production."
- In the orders section, you can easily send shipments via BoxNow to the selected (supported) pickup location.
- It is recommended to integrate pickup locations into the checkout via Map of pickup locations or select them in advance during order import.
- After sending the shipment, you can provide the customer with a tracking link.
- Does not support retrieving detailed shipment status or handling special incidents/missed deliveries.
- Mainly intended for segments where the customer chooses a pickup location and expects delivery to a box (not home delivery).
