Besteron is a popular online payment gateway used in Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Hungary. Fynode enables full integration for accepting online payments, matching with orders, and managing transactions with automated workflows.
- In the Bank section, click on the Besteron icon.
- Enter:
- Besteron ID (CID)
- API key
(You can obtain these details directly from Besteron – you need to request them, as generation via the interface is not available automatically for everyone.)
- Click the Save button.
- The system will attempt to verify the connection. If successful, Besteron will appear among active payment gateways. If there are incorrect details or connection issues, an error message will be displayed.
¶ Settings and management of the payment gateway
- After successful activation, the connection can be edited at any time – simply click on the Besteron logo in the list of connections, overwrite the CID or key, and save.
- If you update details in Besteron, remember to also update them in Fynode.
- The gateway can be removed (disconnected) at any time.
¶ Workflow and matching payments
- All payments made through Besteron will be matched to orders based on the order number or another configured identifier.
- Upon receiving a payment, the system automatically marks the order as “paid” and enables further workflow steps (shipping, invoicing…).
- If details are changed or re-authorization is needed, enter new details and save.
- Keep your Besteron ID and API key secure, do not share them with third parties, and never hide them outside the trusted Fynode interface.
