- If you need to top up AI credits or increase workflow limits, contact technical support or visit the AI modules interface.
- Find the product or category you wish to edit in the catalog.
- Open the item detail – for text fields, you will find buttons:
- Generate via AI
- Translate via AI
- Click on the desired button. AI will generate text based on available parameters, category, EAN code, and other data.
- The output can be manually edited before saving according to your preferences.

- Under each text field for a product or category, you can use the Translate via AI option.
- The system automatically translates the content from the main language into the selected language, or into all active language versions.
- In the product detail and bulk catalog editing, it is possible to translate the entire catalog into another language using AI.
- Select multiple products or categories and choose Start AI Task (e.g., bulk description generation, translation, SEO...).
- In the open window, select the action type – generation, translation, SEO (for all or only selected fields).
- All AI workflow tasks are recorded in an overview, where you can monitor their progress and status.
- Bulk AI actions are ideal when importing new stock, seasonal updates, or expanding into additional languages and markets.

- In the AI Tasks section in the administration, you can track the status of all active and completed AI operations.
- You will get an overview of credit consumption, unfinished tasks, errors, and a detailed log showing the status of each step (waiting, processing, completed, error).
- Important tasks can be repeated or canceled and restarted on a selected set of products or categories.
- First generate texts in the main localization (language 1), then run AI translations.
- Before deploying across the entire catalog, it is recommended to test the workflow on a smaller sample.
- Always review AI outputs before publishing – add brand specifics, legal information, style, or SEO priorities.
- When expanding to a new market, first translate descriptions, then run AI SEO optimization.
- Credit consumption depends on the scope of tasks, number of items, and selected fields – regularly monitor their usage.
