¶ AI Mailer and Email Customer Support

¶ 1. Activation and linking of the AI mailer
- Activate the module AI mailer in the Fynode administration.
- After activation, choose the source of messages from which new emails/tickets will be loaded (e.g., IMAP email mailbox or LiveAgent).
- After successful linking, the AI mailer will automatically load new messages and respond to them according to the settings.
In the AI mailer administration you can configure:
- Access to product information – will allow AI to provide detailed product answers from your eshop.
- Access to order information – will allow AI to provide order status, including tracking.
- Eshop URL – link to your eshop.
- Mailer name – shown in the email signatures.
- Response delay (in minutes) – set the minimum time between receiving a message and sending a reply.
- Number of messages in memory – determines how many previous messages in the thread AI should consider.
- Maximum tokens for a reply – determines the maximum length of the reply.
- Instructions for replying – special guidelines on how AI should reply.
- Instructions for ignoring – special guidelines for when AI should not respond.
- AI Model – choice between gpt-41, gpt-41-mini, and gpt-41-nano depending on complexity and price.
- AI Personality – choose the communication style (formal, creative, technical, etc.).
- Blacklist / Whitelist – define emails to which AI should reply or ignore.
- Attachments – upload files from which AI can pull information.
- Message sources – select applications from which messages will be loaded (e.g., Email, LiveAgent).
- Automatic replies to the most common questions without operator intervention.
- Providing information about products, prices, availability.
- Informing customers about the status of their order and shipment.
- Recommending products based on previous purchases or preferences.
- Processing requests from different channels (email, helpdesk) in one place.
- For eshops with multiple language versions, AI mailer localization can be configured.
- Each message source (e.g., email mailbox) can be assigned to a specific localization.
- Instructions for replying and ignoring, as well as attachments, can be specified for individual localizations.
- In the AI mailer administration you have the Question and Answer Database section.
