AI tasks are a central part of the workflow with artificial intelligence in Fynode. They allow you to apply AI functions to large quantities of items at once (products, categories), repeat bulk actions, monitor status and credit consumption, and adjust results before saving them to the e-shop.
- All AI tasks are available at this page.
- They display tasks you have created by invoking AI functions; the task history is retained for 30 days from creation.
- Each AI function (e.g., generating product descriptions, translating text, etc.) creates an AI task containing a list of items on which the function is performed.
- You can create an AI task:
- via the product/category detail page (individual invocation of AI function)
- in bulk from the product/category list via the "AI task" action
- by importing a file (importing a list of items to process)
- Each task has the status of each item – waiting to start, processing, processed, error.
¶ 3. Managing and editing AI tasks
- For each task, you can:
- add a note (internal record)
- view task details with item statuses, input/output, price, and other data
- run bulk processing on selected items
- bulk edit inputs/outputs for AI (e.g., check or mass fill parameters before starting/saving)
- export outputs (to Excel/csv or translated .po file)
- save results directly to the e-shop
- delete selected items or the entire task
- In the task detail, you can start, correct, or repeat individual items as needed.
- First, prepare a filter or export products/categories based on a segment (e.g., all products without SEO description or all new items).
- Run an AI task with the desired function (generation, translation, SEO, etc.).
- Review inputs and provide additional instructions (e.g., custom text style).
- After execution, evaluate outputs – all items can be bulk edited or exported for further processing.
- Save output data directly into the system or export to an external workflow.
¶ 5. Status and filtering of AI tasks
- The list of AI tasks can be filtered by AI function, processing status, task ID, and other criteria.
- The number and status of credits are available above the task list and in individual operation details.
- Using the "New task" button, you can create new tasks for imported files or re-invoke an AI function on the same data with changed settings.
¶ 6. Structure and status of items in an AI task
- Each item in an AI task has a status:
- "Waiting to start" (default, allows manual check before start)
- "Processing" (item is currently being processed by AI)
- "Processed" (AI has finished output, ready for saving/export)
- "Error" (problem during processing, typically invalid input or exhausted credits)
- Outputs can be edited before saving, compared, or bulk discarded/saved into the system.
¶ 7. Why and how to use AI tasks
- You gain bulk automation over a large number of items without the risk of unstructured data.
- Every step is recorded, transparent, and traceable.
- All costs (AI credit consumption) are always shown with each action and in the results; tasks older than 30 days are automatically deleted.
AI tasks in Fynode are a fundamental element of efficient workflow at a modern e-commerce level, accessible to every user without programming or infrastructure management knowledge.
