¶ AI chatbot and Customer Support
The AI chatbot in Fynode provides a modern way to automate and streamline customer support in your eshop. Thanks to intelligent responses, 24/7 availability, and scalability options, it responds to customer inquiries quickly, personalized, and without the need for a human operator in regular situations.
¶ 1. Activation and Deployment of the AI Chatbot
- Activate the AI chatbot module in the Fynode administration.
- After activation, a JS code for the AI chatbot will be displayed (suitable for any eshop, including WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, etc.).
- You can insert the code into the header or footer of your eshop, or into the CMS via the “Custom HTML/JS” section.
- A separate plugin is also available for most platforms for quick implementation.
- In the chatbot administration, you can customize:
- Window appearance (company colors, logos)
- Welcome text, frequently asked questions
- Knowledge base – areas of questions the chatbot should handle (e.g., shipping, complaints, product information)
- With integration options, you can connect the AI chatbot with orders, inventories, or invoicing for individual responses about order/shipment status
- Quick responses to questions about products, payments, shipping, order status, complaints, and availability.
- Assistance with navigation in the catalog and searching for specific products (the AI chatbot works in conjunction with the AI search engine).
- The AI chatbot is available 24/7 and handles basic customer issues without human assistance.
- If the chatbot cannot resolve a specific request, it offers the customer the option to connect to an operator/support staff (email).
- All relevant records/chats are logged in the administration, and it is possible to respond to them retrospectively.
¶ 5. Reporting, Training, and Improving the AI Chatbot
- In the admin, you have access to reporting:
- Number of handled conversations
- Database of questions and answers
- Based on the report, you can update the knowledge base/FAQ, train the AI chatbot on new areas, and continue improving the services.
- The AI chatbot automatically learns from the most common or newly added questions.

- Each successfully handled conversation or a certain number of messages reduces your AI credit.
- You can monitor consumption at the account level or for specific widgets/chatbots.
- When credits are exhausted, the system temporarily switches the chatbot to offline mode.
