Xero is an international online accounting and invoicing system used worldwide. It allows issuing invoices, emailing documents, handling payments, and downloading PDF invoices. Fynode offers direct integration with the Xero API for simple and fast automation of invoicing on the global market.

- In Fynode, click the Activate button.
- You will be redirected to the Xero system, where you will confirm the connection to Fynode.
- After successful confirmation, Xero will automatically redirect you back to Fynode.
- The integration will be activated and ready to use.
- Ability to set up automatic invoice issuance based on order status or event (e.g., payment, dispatch, cancellation).
- Automatic sending of invoice emails after issuance is also supported.
- You can also manage invoices manually in the Invoices section in Fynode (download PDF, delete).
- You can disconnect or re-activate the Xero integration at any time.
- After disconnecting, you can smoothly switch to another accounting system.
¶ Notes and recommendations
- Activation uses the standard OAuth authorization process – there is no need to manually enter API keys.
- The Xero API does not support issuing credit notes or handling pro forma/final invoices
