Számlázz is a popular online invoicing system used in Hungary. It enables issuing invoices, sending documents by email, handling payments and downloading PDF invoices. Fynode provides a direct integration with Számlázz, facilitating automated invoicing for eshops operating on the HU market.

- Log in to your Számlázz account.
- Find your Számla Agent kulcs – this data is shown on the homepage after logging in (Dashboard).
- In Fynode enter this data into the field Számla Agent kulcs.
- Click on Activate.
- If the data is correct, the connection is activated.
- If the system cannot connect to the Számlázz API, the connection will not be activated and an error message will be displayed.
¶ Automated invoicing and options
- Enable automatic invoicing according to order status or events (e.g., payment, sending, cancellation).
- You can also configure automatic sending of emails with the invoice after issuing.
- Invoices can be managed manually directly from the Invoices section in Fynode (download PDF, delete).
- Integration data (Számla Agent kulcs) can be edited or changed at any time.
- After logging out or disabling the Számlázz integration, you can seamlessly switch to another economic system.
¶ Notes and recommendations
- Before activation, ensure your Számlázz account has access to Számla Agent kulcs.
- Automating invoicing is recommended, especially for higher order volumes.
- Features such as issuing credit notes or proforma/ostré invoices are not supported by the Számlázz API
