Pohoda mServer is a robust financial and warehouse system supported in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Fynode enables direct connection to Pohoda via mServer, simplifying invoice management, stock inventory, and order imports – with automated synchronization.

- Before activation, it is necessary to log into Pohoda, set up a bridge connecting Pohoda with Fynode.

During activation, the user provides these details:
- Company ID (IČO) (registered in Pohoda)
- Login email (used when launching Pohoda)
- Login password (used when launching Pohoda)
- Warehouse code (for creating stock inventory) (e.g., "01", optional)
- Price group code (for creating stock inventory) (e.g., "SK", optional)
- Invoice numbering format
- Next invoice number
- Prepayment invoice numbering format
- Next prepayment invoice number
- Credit note numbering format
- Next credit note number
- ID of invoice/prepayment invoice/credit note report
After filling in the details, click Activate. The system will attempt to connect – if the details are correct, the connection will be active; otherwise, a specific error message will be displayed.
¶ Recommendations and tips
- Ensure Pohoda is accessible from the internet (cloud hosting, firewall settings).
- In case of uncertainties regarding paths, stock, or report codes, contact Pohoda technical support or your partner managing Pohoda.
- When changing login details in Pohoda, update them also in Fynode.
- Prepare all necessary data before starting the integration and verify that you have administrator rights in Pohoda.
