KROS ONIX is an accounting and warehouse system primarily used in Slovakia, which offers integration in Fynode for invoicing and inventory management. The support covers automated invoice issuance, payment recording, order import, and current stock levels.

When activating, the user provides these details:
- URL address: Server address (usually IP), provided by Onix
- API key: Provided by Onix
- Path to source database: Path to the .ndb file/database on your PC (provided by Onix)
- Invoice type ID (for invoicing): Numeric identifier (usually "1000016", found in Onix)
- Prepayment invoice type ID (for invoicing): Numeric identifier in Onix (usually "1000014")
- Order type ID (for warehouse): Needed for order import (usually "1000013", found in Onix)
- Warehouse code (for warehouse): Warehouse identifier in Onix, typically in the form "HS" or other according to setup
After filling in the details, click Activate. The system will attempt to connect to the ONIX system — if the data is correct, the connection will be activated; if there is an error, a detailed error message will be displayed.
¶ Notes and recommendations
- Correct data will be provided by your Onix supplier (pay attention to the database path format and the current valid API key)
- Type IDs (invoice, prepayment invoice, order) are defined in your specific Onix installation; values can be found in system settings or provided by support
- When updating the path, IP/URL address, or codes, it is recommended to immediately update these details in Fynode and save changes
- If you only use ONIX for storage (not invoicing), enter only the data necessary for warehouse and order import
With this integration, you will achieve full synchronization of stock, orders, and the ability to work with invoices across the e-shop and the KROS ONIX financial system.
