KROS Fakturácia is an online financial and invoicing system used in Slovakia. Fynode enables full integration with automatic invoice issuance, stock updates, and connection to the accounting system OMEGA from KROS.

The Fynode system issues invoices in KROS Fakturácia, from where they are downloaded directly into the OMEGA system via the official KROS plugin. For detailed information about the plugin, we recommend contacting KROS directly.

Premium account or API module:
The user must have an active Premium package or a basic/standard subscription extended with the API module.

API key and warehouse code:
You obtain these after logging into KROS Fakturácia (Settings > API connections > Add new API connection > Generate token).
- API key: enter in Fynode.
- Warehouse code: the code of the warehouse to which items on invoices will be matched (e.g., "01"); if linked with OMEGA, enter the warehouse code from OMEGA.

Activation of connection:
- In Fynode, enter the API key and warehouse code, then click Activate.
- After successful connection, the following will be displayed in Fynode:
- URL for receiving notifications from API
- Authorization key for the entered URL
- These details must be entered back into the KROS Fakturácia interface in the “API connections” section.
- Log into KROS Fakturácia.
- Click Settings in the top right.
- In the menu on the left, select API connections > Add new API connection.
- Enter a name for the connection (e.g., "Fynode"), do not fill in URL and authorization key yet.
- Click Generate token. Use this token in Fynode as the "API key".
¶ Notes and recommendations
- Enter the "URL for receiving notifications from API" and "Authorization key for the entered URL" in KROS Fakturácia only after successful activation in Fynode.
- Premium subscription or a topped-up API module is required for connection.
- Enter the warehouse code according to the actual warehouse in KROS Fakturácia/OMEGA.
- For stock synchronization and other options, verify supported plugins directly with KROS.
