inFakt is an online invoicing system used in Poland. It enables issuing invoices, sending documents by email, handling payments, and downloading PDF invoices. Fynode offers direct integration with the inFakt API, which simplifies automated invoicing for eshops operating on the PL market.

- Log in to your inFakt account.
- In the menu click on Settings > API.
- If you do not yet have an API key, in the section Brak kluczy, dodaj nowy proceed as follows:
- In the field Opis klucza enter any text.
- In the field Hasło inFakt enter your account password.
- In the section Zakres uprawnień klucza check all permissions.
- Click Wygeneruj.
- After saving, the Wygenerowany klucz API will be displayed.
- Paste this API key into the appropriate field in Fynode and click Activate.
- If the data is correct, the integration will activate.
- If the connection fails, an error message will appear.
- Option to set automatic invoicing according to order status or event (e.g., payment, dispatch, cancellation).
- Automatic sending of invoice emails after issuance is supported.
- Invoices can be managed manually in the Invoices section in Fynode (download PDF, delete).
- You can change or update the API key at any time.
- After logging out or disabling the inFakt integration, you can switch to another accounting system without restrictions.

- When generating the API key, enable all permissions for the integration to work correctly.
- The inFakt API does not support issuing credit notes
