iDoklad is an extended online economic system used in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. It offers invoicing, payment tracking, stock movements, and simple integration with Money S3/S4. Fynode enables automatic invoicing, payment linking, and stock management via the iDoklad API.

- The connection allows linking with the stock module of Money S3/S4 via a plugin.
- The user must have an active Premium subscription in iDoklad (API is only for Premium accounts).
- Enter these details:
- Localization (Slovakia/Czech Republic)
- Client Id (found in iDoklad: Settings > Application > API)
- Client Secret (also in the API section)
- Click Activate. The system will attempt to connect to iDoklad.
- If the details are incorrect or the API is unavailable, the connection will not activate, and an error message will be displayed.
- Invoices and stock quantities can be synchronized via a specialized plugin from the company managing iDoklad.
- Information about the availability and details of this plugin is provided directly by iDoklad support (or Money).
¶ How to obtain Client ID and Client Secret
- Log in to iDoklad.
- In the main menu, click Settings.
- Open the Application > API section.
- Here you will find your Client Id and Client Secret, which you will enter during integration with Fynode.
¶ Notes and recommendations
- When changing login details in iDoklad, also update the Client Id/Secret in Fynode.
- For linking with Money S3/S4, contact iDoklad/Money support directly.
- The API does not support issuing credit notes.
