FreshBooks is an international online invoicing and accounting system used worldwide. It enables issuing invoices, sending documents by email, payment management, and downloading PDF invoices. Fynode provides a direct integration with the FreshBooks API for simple and fast automation of invoicing on a global market.

- In Fynode, click the Activate button.
- You will be redirected to the FreshBooks system, where you confirm the connection with Fynode.
- After successful confirmation, FreshBooks will automatically redirect you back to Fynode.
- The integration will be activated and ready to use.
- Ability to set up automatic invoicing based on order status or events (e.g., payment, dispatch, cancellation).
- Automatic sending of invoice emails after issuance is also supported.
- Invoices can also be managed manually in the Invoices section in Fynode (download PDF, delete).
- You can disconnect or re-activate the FreshBooks integration at any time.
- After disconnecting, you can seamlessly switch to another accounting system.
¶ Notes and Recommendations
- Activation uses the standard OAuth authorization process – no manual API keys required.
- The FreshBooks API does not support issuing credit notes or working with pro forma/final invoices
