Flowii is a Slovak and Czech online invoicing and business system that enables issuing invoices, managing customers, and tracking tasks and projects. Fynode provides integration with Flowii API for automating invoicing on the SK and CZ markets.

- Sign in to your Flowii account.
- In the top right, click on Settings.
- Go to the Extensions > API section.
- Copy your API key.
- In Fynode enter:
- API key (Flowii API key)
- Username (your Flowii login)
- Password (your Flowii password)
- Click Activate – the system will attempt to connect to Flowii.
- If the data is correct, the integration will be activated.
- If it cannot connect, an error message will be shown.
- Option to set automatic invoice issuance based on order status or events (e.g., payment, dispatch, cancellation).
- Invoices can also be managed manually in the Invoices section in Fynode (download PDF).
- API key, Username and Password can be changed or updated at any time.
- After logout or disabling the Flowii integration, you can switch to another ERP system without restrictions.
¶ Notes and recommendations
- Before activation, check that your Flowii account has active API access.
- Flowii API currently does not support working with payments.
