Billingo is a modern online invoicing system used in Hungary. It allows issuing invoices, sending documents by email, managing payments, and working with both pro forma and final invoices. Fynode provides direct integration with the Billingo API for simple and fast automatic invoicing on the HU market.

- Log in to your Billingo account.
- In the section Settings > API keys, click on New API key.
- Set these parameters:
- API version: V3
- API name: enter any name
- Related connection: Custom development
- API scope: Read, write
- Click Save.
- You will see the API key, which you will paste into Fynode in the API key field.
- Click Activate – the system will connect to Billingo.
- If the data is correct, the integration will activate.
- If the connection fails, an error message will be shown.
- Set automatic invoicing according to order status or events (e.g., payment, dispatch, cancellation).
- It is supported to issue a final invoice after pro forma payment.
- Option for automatic email sending after invoice issuance.
- Invoices can also be managed manually directly in the Invoices section in Fynode.
- You can change or update the API key at any time.
- After logging out or disabling the Billingo integration, you can switch to another accounting system without restrictions.
¶ Notes and recommendations
- Ensure that when generating the API key, the version is V3 and the rights are Read, Write.
- Billingo API does not support deleting invoices or issuing credit notes.
- We recommend enabling automated invoicing especially for higher order volumes
