Billdu is a global financial system used across all markets, enabling efficient online invoicing and document management with easy integration into Fynode.

To use the integration, the user must have an active Premium subscription in Billdu (only Premium subscriptions support API).
- Log in to Billdu and go to Settings → API.
- Here you will find your credentials:
- API key (
apiKey)
- API secret (
apiSecret)
- In Fynode, select Billdu as the financial system and enter these credentials.
- Click the Activate button.
- The system will attempt to connect to the financial system. If you enter incorrect data or do not have a premium account, the connection will not activate, and an error message will be displayed.
¶ Notes and recommendations
- Always enter the correct API key and API secret according to your current Billdu account data.
- Functions such as issuing a regular invoice from a deposit invoice, credit notes, or deleting payments are not supported via the Billdu API.
- After changing your subscription, data, or password, it is necessary to update the settings in Fynode as well.
